Billing Questions
How can I pay for my web hosting account or domain name?
- All payments are to be made via our online merchant PayPal.
- We are a registered and verified company with PayPal.
- We regret that we do not accept cheque, postal orders, standing orders or cash.
Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?
- We cannot offer this at the moment but all our packages are contract free, therefore meaning if you don't like us after the first month you do not have to stay with us. We also have an online demo available for you to browse which may be accessed from the menu down the left hand side of this page.
Do I get an invoice?
- Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will e-mail you an invoice. Invoices are also available to view and print at any time in your control panel.
Do you charge VAT?
